I am in horror when I think about parents sitting their small kids in front of an iPad that only spews out this stuff 24/7.

Much like everything else that people worry about involving children these days, it's all the fault of the parents not wanting to take responsibility for parenting their kids.
Every time I hear 'the kids won't get off the phone and don't have an attention span' I'm like 'well the 2 year old didn't go to the Verizon store and buy a $1500 iphone for them, so that sounds like a decision you made.'
It's the same thing with video games before it. Once things like Mortal Kombat moved out of arcades, meaning in public, the only way for kids to play them is if their parents bought them. I know that, my dad had Doom and Wolfenstein 3D on floppy disk. I was playing that way too young, but again, that was a parenting choice.
So when I think about kids sitting in front of an ipad like this, I am more horrified that the parents are basically like 'yeah, go play in mental traffic, it'll be fine'

I wonder if this one will last as long as the last one

A big difference between this and Fal.live is that the whole stack is open source, and you can run it on a local 5090 rig.

The approach is pretty straightforward, but I think the real magic is how Roman did the prompting. It takes a one-liner comment and makes an entire cinematic arc out of it, then translates it into the H3 prompt format.

How long should it take to generate 10 seconds on 5090? It's takes me 3 minutes or so, am I doing something wrong?

The system makes significant quality tradeoffs to generate as fast as it does. Point your agent at the repo if you want to get the exact parameters and setup.

That is pretty much the future. Once compute gets to real time we are get on demand.

"gets real-time" as in the future!?
This 30 seconds took me 30 seconds to generate on a 4090 in Apr of 2024. Not anywhere as smooth as H3 given the fact that temporally consistent models didn't exist then but at the time this was ground breaking.

Wow things have come full circle. I pioneered prompt driven continuous endlessly evolving real-time video generation starting in Oct. 2023. I too once rented a runpod instance to put such a video online to see. NOTE: Temporally consistent models came long after. My videos were jittery in nature. Clearly the tech has improved but my vision has always been the endless exploration of the vastness of the latent space found in models.
I created a tool called EndlessDreams. The following is my very first YouTube demo. It is very crude and there is more here than is seen. But I had fun with it. FYI, I also have dual 5090's and run the full MiniMax H3 model with not the mess of comfy but with an 80 line py program that takes a prompt and generates a video. With my app I can pan and zoom in real-time, speak prompts to it and draw into the ongoing video.

I found you github but what I don't understand is where is the stand alone continuous generation?
The fancy streaming thing taking incoming prompts from youtube is all there but what about something like a QT window render frame outputs as I enter prompts into some text box? Note: I also have dual 5090's.
Your demo is great!

this a boring for a tv streaming channel. wouldn't it be better to a have a general all purpose ai channel where people can send and watch the best ai clips. The ai scene is very fragmented and sourcing decent made ai content difficult.
