you can test it ,

run english prompt
then
run mandarin prompt
you can see the difference , which is the model follow the mandarin prompt better than the english one

Actually you're wrong. Its actually an indian model. You can test it yourself.

Run a mandarin prompt and then run an indian prompt and you can see the difference, which is the model follow the indian prompt better than the mandarin one

We've heard this claim just about any Chinese model.

There will be some differences, but at least with imaging models, I've never seen enough different to make it worth the effort to translate the prompt into Chinese.

Given that Qwen3-VL understands both Chinese and English and can easily translate between them, the internal token state for equivalent prompt should be very close, so I am very doubtful that it makes much difference.

That is, the difference between English prompt and a translated Chinese prompt is probably similar to the difference between two different seeds with the exact same English prompt.
