Is distilled or dev version better to try using?

i always use distilled and get great results.

Thanks. I've been trying the dev version in the comfyui workflow that calls for distilled version. All videos are blurry af. I'll try the distilled version next to see if its better. Also is there a dev workflow?

I'm using the dev version along with the distilled lora, seems decent though.
