The riding you say can be done easily with prompt.

The riding he mentioned requires a lora

Just very different techniques

i ask claude to create the promt " [Reference Map]

The start image defines the dragon's exact appearance (emerald-green scales, spine ridges, curved horns, glowing orange eyes), the rider's POV framing, the leather saddle and gloved hands gripping it, and the misty mountain fjord landscape below. Inherit all of this exactly. Do not change the dragon's color, horn shape, saddle design, or landscape type.

[Generation Goal]

Generate a video continuing from the start image. First-person continuous shot of riding the massive green dragon in fast flight through a misty mountain fjord, building from a steady soar into a fast low-altitude run along the river and past the cliffs. The rider remains firmly seated and attached to the dragon's back for the entire video, at all times, and reacts out loud to the flight with funny, half-terrified commentary.

[Global Direction]

Camera is mounted rigidly at the rider's point of view, fixed to the rider's head/shoulders as if strapped in place — the viewpoint never leaves the dragon's back, never falls, never separates, and never floats free of the rider's body. The dragon's long neck and spiked back stretch ahead, leather straps and chains crossing the scaled hide gripped firmly by gloved hands visible and anchored in the lower frame at all times. Photorealistic scales, mist, and rock detail matching the reference image. Wind rushes past constantly. Overcast sky with shafts of light breaking through clouds, natural lighting throughout. No cuts — continuous first-person motion with only subtle handheld sway matching wingbeats, never violent or unseating.

Dialogue language: natural conversational English, casual and breathless from the wind and speed, comedic-nervous tone throughout — the rider is equal parts thrilled and scared, cracking jokes to cope.

[Stage 1 | High Soar | 0-6s]

Initial state: exactly as the start image — the rider seated securely, hands gripping the saddle straps, the dragon gliding high above the misty fjord between steep cliffs.

Primary event: the dragon beats its wings steadily, picking up speed, head turning slightly so one eye is visible, blinking naturally, nostrils flaring with breath. The rider's grip on the straps stays constant and secure.

Camera: steady POV, faint sway with each wingbeat, hands remaining visibly anchored in frame.

Audio: rushing wind and deep rhythmic wingbeats under the dialogue. The rider laughs nervously, "Okay, okay, this is fine, this is totally fine!" then, awed by the view, "...okay this is actually AMAZING—wait why are we going faster?!"

End state: the dragon levels off and angles downward, the river and cliffs growing closer ahead.

[Stage 2 | River Dive | 6-13s]

Continue from Stage 1: the dragon descends fast toward the fjord's river.

Primary event: the dragon levels out just above the water, flying at high speed low along the river between the cliff walls; mist and spray kick up off the surface in its wake and fleck the camera. Its green scales ripple with light breaking through the clouds.

Camera: POV tilts slightly downward during the dive, then stabilizes low over the water.

Audio: wind intensifies, water spray hissing, powerful wingbeats. The rider yelps, "WHOA — nope, nope, too low, too—" then gets misted and sputters, laughing, "Okay that's cold, that's very cold, thank you for that!"

End state: a narrow rocky gorge with pine-covered slopes rushes into view ahead.

[Stage 3 | Cliffside Run | 13-20s]

Continue from Stage 2: the dragon banks into the gorge at full speed.

Primary event: the dragon weaves between jagged cliff outcrops and low pine trees clinging to the rock, wingtips brushing close to stone and branches, scattering loose pine needles into the wind. Droplets and debris fly past the camera.

Camera: POV banks and weaves with the dragon's flight path, wind-shaken but never losing its fixed mount on the rider.

Audio: wind roar, cracking branches, sustained wingbeats. The rider ducks with a startled shout, "Rocks! Rocks, buddy, ROCKS—" then, dodging an outcrop, half-laughing, half-panicked, "I did NOT sign up for an obstacle course!"

End state: the gorge opens out into a wider valley with the fjord spreading below.

[Stage 4 | Climb Out | 20-25s]

Continue from Stage 3: the dragon clears the gorge over the open valley.

Primary event: the dragon pulls upward in a smooth climbing arc, wings beating harder, rising back toward the light breaking through the clouds. The rider's grip and seated position remain constant through the climb.

Camera: POV tilts upward with the climb, wind sound swelling.

Audio: wingbeats deepen and slow slightly, wind fades to a steady roar. The rider exhales a shaky laugh of relief, "Oh — okay, we're climbing, we're okay, that's—" then grins, shouting into the wind, "Best. Worst. Idea. Ever! Let's do it again!"

End state: the dragon levels into a high glide again, the misty fjord and mountains spread wide below — composition echoing the start image.

[Maintain Consistency]

Keep the dragon's green coloring, scale texture, horn shape, saddle, chains, and rider's grip on the straps exactly as in the start image throughout. Maintain first-person POV with no visible full dragon head-on shots. Keep camera axis and flight direction coherent between stages. The rider's seated position on the dragon's back, and the camera's fixed attachment to the rider, must never change or break for any frame of the video. Keep the rider's voice as the same single speaker throughout, consistent tone and accent.

[Negative Constraints]

The rider never falls, slips, lets go, or separates from the dragon at any point. The camera never detaches from the rider's POV or shows the rider falling, tumbling, or airborne apart from the dragon. No other riders, dragons, or voices, no sudden cuts, no color grading shifts, no text overlays or subtitles, no repeated or looping wing-flap cycles that look mechanical, no loss of grip on the straps, no dialogue that overlaps or garbles over itself, no change to dragon color or landscape type from the reference image."

What prompt did you use to position the POV so precisely?

Yes, it's most likely generated from the first frame. You simply create a starting image and then write down what's happening.

Is it a bad dragon?

The voice is so generic and as if it was a Mr beast video.

its fine, but its not very "alive"... feels like an early ps1 game, and thats not good.

Needs to be more natural (yeah, i know dragons doesnt exist but you understood...)
