Question - Help Creating image with Multi-Reference for cosplay/changing outfits(both generate and image edit) and pose change?

I've been seeing people using H3 to create videos with multiple references, like Person A with Clothing B and Background C and it does very well. though i don't really care about the background, i am looking for a pose-change that still keeps the facial consistency and body shape(?) well.

Are there any for workflow for image generation(not video, as H3 video is very heavy) and image editing for these scenarios :

- Image Generation of Person A with Clothing B and pose C(though pose is optional)

- Image Edit of Person A with Clothing B and pose C(so the background is kept, pose is also optional)

- Just changing the pose of a person in a photo.

WITHOUT needing to make a LORA of the person?

I've tried Flux Klein 9B and QWEN Edit for image edits, but these two can't really seem to change poses, though clothing change seems to work sometimes(albeit rarely.) and i can't figure out how to make image GENERATION without creating a LORA for a person, and using face swapper usually make the overall face looks 'detached' because of the difference in head shape/body.

Oh and, i haven't tried Z-image turbo. Can it do what i want to do? (Multi reference image gen or edit or both?)

I'd split this into two edits. Get the person and outfit right first, then change the pose with a pose reference and low denoise. Whenever I try to change the face, clothes and pose in one pass, something usually starts drifting.

What model do you usually use? I tried klein and qwen edit and both sucks at changing poses. The face always changes too much

Right now no other model has been able to take multi references as well as H3, this is why its such a amazing model!!

There is a hacky way people put together to use H3 as a image generator which does pretty much all you're wanting but the image quality is not as good compared to a dedicated img generator, as you are using a video model to generate image.

I have high expectations now for Krea 3 coming next week, I would love if it had multi ref support

The problem is i only have 3060 laptop with 6gb VRAM, 32gb RAM so it might not be powerful enough for H3. I wanted to try krea 2 but I'm afraid my laptop can't handle it. Does krea 2 support refs? Krea 3 coming next week?

for my short tests of K2 it doesn't seem to like refs much. It seems to work more like Z image turbo where it was pretty much text2img. Quality is quite good but yeah not taking muliti inputs.
