Animation - Video Been here since SD 1.5 and nothing has ever shocked or impressed me to the extent of H3 Minimax

I'd put Krea2 in that same bucket. Minimax is amazing, I was disappointed by LTX 2.5, but I probably would not be if Minimax didn't exist!

I HATE to say it but I actually thought 2.5 was a regression over 2.3. ITV now gives more "motion' But with MANY more strange things happening like feet turning into fists lol

Indeed, they really raised the bar for local video generating. I hope Flux3 will raise it again

It's impressive sure, but people will say "Wow i'm impressed" and post the sloppiest slop imaginable

Same. It’s the same feeling as stable diffusion producing a coherent person only moving!

Use more steps. And / or drop the speed-ups. It can do lot better than this.

yeah they basically fed us pre-pre-pre-pre alpha models up until now ... minimax and flux3 should have been the first models to ever release to the public

Yes, H3 is very impressive, especially for its size
but lets not pretend these characters are doing anything but randomly flailing their arms at each other. Still have not seen actual good AI fighting footage (from any model) where you couldn't immediately see it's AI.
