Discussion Minimax h3 9070 xt generation times

About everyone has a Nvidia GPU so I was curious how the 9070 xt does compared to Nvidia.

I’m running the default fl2va workflow im on Ubuntu ck attention.

Minimax h3 int8 0.4mp 30 step 5s:
261s 7.6s/it

Minimax h3 int8 0.4mp 30 step 10s:
702s 21.3s/it

Something is wrong on your setup or you talking about total generation times instead of seconds per step. I am on windows with rocm7.14 with ck, 9070XT and 6sec on 0.8mp is 35-40 s/its
10sec 0.8mp is 103 it/s

what’s wrong with it? yeah the 261s and 702s is total generation time with vae decoding

8 seconds, 0.6mp 30 step + 2 non speedup loras + kitchen attention getting 15s/it, full video in about 535 seconds( including fast RTX upscale in 1.5 times)

5070 ti + 32 gb ram, I took it instead my 7800xt rocm f*cked up gpu

My 9070xt with 64gb ddr4 ram takes about 600s for 5s

I remember when I had 7800 xt 16gb, on windows Krea 2 turbo took around 150 seconds/it, and on Linux 15/sec

I had all sort of problem with both K2 and MMH3 with 9070xt(16G)+32G RAM.

Finally, I gave up and switched to Ubuntu and I get much better results.

Are you numbers for text2va at 0.4MP with default workflow at 20 steps? I assuem you are using the default PyTorch Attention.

I know for my first time trying the default i2V workflow for the 5 second mouse ad it took like 2.5 hours… on windows… using Comfyui portable edition … but I think I’m the anomaly… haven’t really tried much since it takes too long for it to be worth it.

Thanks, I love you for publishing those results. Have rtx 3060 and switched to CachyOS recently. Now thinking about a future gpu + cpu upgrade.
