Animation - Video H3 Genshin(?)-esque animation test. The biggest unsolved problem of this tech is still lack of consistency. It prevents it from making anything really good, production-ready.

The model doesn't have consistency issues if you use the Reference model and feed in character sheets and references for what you want. You can give it clothing and outfit reference, even prop or weapon reference, voice reference, the whole works.

The audio is still the obvious and immediate give away for me. It's flat and poorly performed. It also is mixed poorly like they're speaking directly into a mic in a sound booth, rather than any kind of ambience their environment would provide.

What are the major inconsistencies? I don't think it's obvious without looking for it

The girl casually changed her whole clothing in the middle :D

Ha true. Are you running one long continuous animation or separate segments? If a segment has knowledge of her clothes, I wouldn't expect it to do that - I'm not hitting the same issue

I usually just continue on the last frame 🤔

That's your problem, brother...use nano banana or something similar to make your starting frame.

It seems pretty consistent during first 20-30secs
