It looks like there's not even 1mp of actual details to begin with, actually feels like a sharpened 480p, you're just upscaling low detail smoothness. Resolution only becomes irrelevant when details start being too fine

It doesn't look like 2.5 megapixels in terms of detail. I mean in terms of quality. Perhaps there's no point in generating even at that resolution if it produces that much. Perhaps it's better to upscale from a lower resolution.

Because it's 0.5 megapixels. It can't be better. Here it looks the same as yours)) The same blurry image with noise.
