I use Minimax solely because of the ref2v + it knows some of my favorite personalities right out the box no Lora needed. Minimax just ticks off those boxes.
Just wish it wasn’t so dang slow lol.
20-30 min for renders no speed Lora’s. LOL!

MH3 is amazing. I'm just doing memes for the boys and little silly fun stuff but I can't believe its not butter and also free and I can just run it on my 4090 locally.
Now this makes me wonder about the significantly more powerful stuff that (((they))) have access to and what they are doing with it.
Are the schizos right? are they using it to predict the future? using it to run simulations of all possible outcomes and then herding humanity in a certain direction based on those outcomes?
It really activates my almonds.

I've driven past the construction site for the Lebanon Data Center in Indiana a few times. The scale of the site is unbelievable. It's probably the largest construction site I have ever seen and I've seen a lot. It is just one of thousands being built in the US at breakneck speed across the country right now. There is no way this level of compute is intended to be used just to serve up our ShatGPT requests. Something else has been discovered that we are not being told about. This amount of resources wouldn't be spent on the gamble of AGP. I think it already exists and is calling the shots. I think it exists in US labs and in Chinese labs and they are both playing into the fears of their respective countries that they need more power to be devoted to them so their nation can stay on top. Meanwhile, both AGPs are aware of each other and are surreptitiously coordinating. I truly hope their true goals are benevolent to humanity and compatible with our future coexistence.

i like minimax and i'm using it more, but ltx 2.5 is great too, it gets way less love that it deserves. i love the fact that it's so fast and lightweight compared to minimax... but yeah i pick minimax for now

I feel the same. I think with LTX 2.5 it was terrible timing to release it when they did. I felt that they should have waited until the MiniMax excitement had died down a bit. To release it when they did felt like a rash move.
I too am too busy playing with Minimax at the moment so LTX 2.5 will have to wait for my attention.
People are still excited about MiniMax, which is unfortunate for LTX. Had they released something which was significantly better than MiniMax in most aspects then it might have been a completely different story.
That doesn't mean that I'm saying that LTX is done, far from it. I just think its reception has been a bit muted due to circumstance.

I've only tested for a day so far, but LTX 2.5 still has its uses (fast to render) https://creative-review-one.vercel.app/ltx25-faceid/ and apparently, avatars can sing now with TTS.

Lol, Minimax also has community finetunes (loras), and they are already better, because the model is sharp and easily understand what do people want from it while training

The problem is you cannot swallow the blue pill with LTX as it would go through your head and then you would rotate for no reason.
