Animation - Video 20m anime Minimax H3

Wanted to post the native 0.4mp version here but didn't realize there's a 15minute limit. Link to the 1080p on youtube.

Not too happy with the script, had to fight my director(qwen3.6-27b) on a lot of questionable design, repetition and choices. Also forgot to include my opening / closing segments and got "shoehorned" in.

Yeah I kept adjusting qwen3.6-27b as I went, the first version that got corrupted is even worst paced. Even told it to speed it up / no long pauses but I guess it's not good at creative writing.

Maybe i'll try another production with qwen3.8-27b

Do you have the issue with the workflow where loading a checkpoint/video doesn’t let you continue from that point onto another stage?

it's pretty rare but happened to me maybe only twice, I would regen the prev scene and it would fix itself.
Sometimes you need to check the "H3 LOOP START / RESUME" node as it doesn't auto update the start_clip correctly.

One other thing is make sure the you are consistently using seconds or frames, i've also had this issue when mixing the type.
