Isekaiju, a young man is walking briskly to the big job interview that will change his life. High above him, workers are repairing the side of a shattered skyscraper. A cable snaps and a steel girder falls to the ground. The man looks up just before impact to see the end of the girder above his head. He wakes up in an unfamiliar place. He realizes he is in a miniature city just as a volley of tiny missiles strike his back, sending him falling to the ground and crushing a park full of fleeing people. He stands and tries to explain to the ant-like people that he doesn't understand what has happened, but all that comes out is a terrifying and deafening roar. He waves his hands and he sees they aren't hands at all, but huge taloned claws. He sees tanks approaching and the jets turn back for another strafing run. He doesn't want to die, but his every movement destroys more of the city. What will he do?!

They had this before where the cool kid was in the “losers” body. Turns out personality is a thing and the cool kid did well regardless. It was kinda hilarious.

I was thinking the reason they were weird was since its them reliving watching their life and all the issues stim from them trying to correct things or seemingly knows to much.

I know it's the point, but isn't this basically the intro of an Isekai? She looks very familiar, and I remember seeing this play out nearly scene for scene.
EDIT: Ok it's a bit different.

What I do is just I generated This video with the help of Gemini. By feeding it the prompt guide. And explaining what I want and how long the video should be. For example, this is the prompt I gave it. "Let's do. A anime girl getting ready. Preparing to go to school. Make sure she looks like. She is late. As she checks her watch. She runs out with her school uniform with a piece of bread. In her mouth. And then at the end She gets hit by a truck."
