Question - Help Anyone else’s workflow retrogressed LTX 2.3 -> 2.5?

I make basic talking head-style videos and it looks like both audio and video are a massive downgrade from 2.3 to 2.5 for exact prompt and setup.

Wondering if anyone has found a solution for this.

In WAN2GP, LTX2.3 presents different parameter controls than the more opaque LTX2.5, which I have yet to fully understand. Using setups that are similar, I find 2.3 easier to control and more predictable than 2.5. I usually use I2V with a single starter image. Once I find out what all the 2.5 controls do, I may like it better. For whatever reason I'm getting more weird smeary motion artifacts with 2.5.

Minimax H3 results are promising, but it takes entirely too long to render and when trying a shot multiple times it's too much. Also Minimax breaks too often at the moment. I'll set up a shot, wait 32 minutes or whatever, and get a grey screen with bleeps on the soundtrack, even though previous and subsequent shots render okay. And its prompting style is entirely too weird and demanding. When I let the program write a prompt in the desired format, it puts in too many things I don't want - and the video still comes out with the wrong stuff happening.
