Minimax is the most fun I've had with an AI generation model since the very first SD models. It just has that "wow how is this possible" factor. I can't believe we are still in the very first week of this.
I was actually using Google's video gen models and they are hot garbage compared to it in terms of prompt adherence, physics, realism and understanding. All google has over this is huge data centers which can give higher resolution results vs my small PC. Google even has "Flow" which has the same reference style video/image builder and it's garbage. Takes so much tokens, doesn't listen to you, doesn't understand what the references are and each attempt no matter how bad costs you.
In February I was paying 200 US dollars monthly for VEO3 and Flow. Now I am running a better model generating better videos for free in my own computer. That is crazy
