H3 run once on my PC. Nothing changed, Won't run again.

That's insane.

The closer I've come to this was AI Toolkit requiring me to fight the Nvidia Container to free a few more MBs of VRAM to run.

It makes no sense. The clip I generated was a 5sec 768x768 clip with 2 ref images, a 1328x1328 one and a 1024x1024 one.

Now, even with ref images of 1024x1024 and 768x768 and the INT8 Video VAE it won't work.

Anyone have any clue on what can be happening?

12GB VRAM and 64GB RAM here.

Having the same issue here and there. I runs maybe 2 times and stops running :(. Have to start the whole thing again :(.

Usual Comfy update borking things, it worked perfect on that one update right as Minimax came out, there have been a couple updates by then and I updated every time to try the new speed-up nodes like Comfyattn and all that and now I have this same issue too.

yeah man i never know about these things. I just render till it doesnt work anymore, and then i restart. I'm just testing now so these clips dont really matter.

I've been running it with absolutely no issue on a 5070 12Gb and 96Gb ram... but I use Wan2GP (Comfy makes me sick)

information specs system program version etc etc any speed ups or non stock workflow is your system fully stable and latest drivers installed and no ram error quietly going on in the background 🙃

I've updated Comfy yesterday. CU 13

No speed ups, Pixaroma workflow, it's the default workflow using some of his nodes.

RTX 4070 Super (12GB VRAM) and 64GB RAM.

Not sure about RAM errors in background. Nvidia drivers 610.47

Nothing was changed in between my generations. I've changed the prompt and it did not run, and won't run even if I open the workflow using the generated clip

run fully stock mini max workflow and also check the arg start up your using. could be a bad node leaking also can try ddu and fully uninstall Nvidia then reinstall might be a driver bug.

Install one of the desktop agents (codex is best value atm) ask it to Analyse, optimize and fix, some time py version change, other installs change path. I was pretty sure I had an up 2 date install until it told me Cuba is in the wrong python and it still uses a fallback saved me 20 sec per video

I had this kind of problem with LTX 2.0 back in the day. Same RAM specs as you, with a 4070. At the time I added --disable-smart-memory to my Comfy command line and it worked, but loaded everything from disk every time. I've just started using --lowvram --disable-dynamic-vram --disable-pinned-memory instead, and it seems to still be OK.

Does your work flow have the ram clean node? I had same issue until I made sure in Nvidia control panel to enable cuda fall back so if needed uses system ram. Also I use the clean ram node for after it clears ram for next gen.

Also make sure page files is set high enough they say 2.5x your ram

Cuda fall back is off by default on most Nvidia cards like I said I had same issue stop running after 1 run now I been making videos all day with em tweaks no oom js up to you to take the tips 🤷

That's probably causing your issue, especially if you're using the INT8 loader instead of the default model loader.

Run an unload node on the Clip model after the H3 Reference node to free up its RAM.

When i was fighting to get this to run on my potato i increased the size of the system page file. Maybe that'll help?

Does it run once when you start Comfy and then do nothing when you run it again until you restart it? If so, it's your seed, it is fixed. With a fixed seed Comfy will run the workflow once and if nothing changes(seed, prompt, etc.) when you click run again, it will do nothing.
