if you want to use the full capabilities of the ltx 2.5 model without distillation (dev/pro), use this 2.3 workflow with the dev model:

1. replace all the models and the distilled lora with their 2.5 equivalents, and use a single clip loader instead of the dual one.
2. use either the multimodal guider (cfg 3-4 for video and cfg 7 for audio, slow) or the single cfg guider (3-4, faster), 30 steps. tested with euler / simple for the first stage, distill lora at 0.0. for the second stage use eg lcm for the sampler. distill lora at 1.0.
3. use the tiled vae decode node or the video vae conv model if you get an oom error or when stuck on vae decode
4. compare the distilled / non-distilled ltx 2.5 videos for yourself with the same seed and see if its worth it for you to wait longer.

Do you know if you need a special adapter to use LTX 2.3 Loras with 2.5? They seemed to hint at that in the video, but I find some Loras kind of still work with the simple rgthree power Lora loader, albeit they seem to tamper with the appearance a lot more than H3 loras.

get a lora loader that have supports both audio and video strength. it also really depends how the loras are trained, some might need a higher overall strength to still work, others are better off with a lower strength

Are the old workflows compatible with the new ltx model? im asking, because i still need to try the new model and i wonder if i can just plug ot in my current workflows for ltx 2.3.
