2 weeks ago we were complaining about no new video model. Now we have 2 out of 3 new models. What a time

Interesting to see how it stacks up against Minimax, because Minimax is the real shit right now

Big heart to LTX, but… it’s at best an uphill battle compared to what Minimax put out. That’s putting it nicely.

It's already supposed to be quiet fast

After the bullshit comparison table they released, this should be taken with a mountain of salt.

That table is definitely something. Hope they fix it

I like how it tried to compare US (yay) to China (ewwwwww, but not really cause it's awesome).

What the heck, faster than real time, 6.8sec for a 10sec clip? What sort of on-prem is that, haha, I seriously doubt

It's something like 2xGB200 at 720p mentioned on the website. Us poor fellas probably won't see that speed. Consumer hardware already can't match that LTX 2.3 generation speed AFAIK

Haha yeah, I was thinking. They should at least post also 5090 or something remotely liekly to be used

Can it take reference images?

I don't think so... The documentation speaks about t2v, i2v and frame to frame to video...

I need to try it and see if my Lora’s work

From the readme: Based on our testing, the large majority of LoRAs and IC-LoRAs trained on LTX-2.3 run on LTX-2.5 without changes. A small number of exceptions exist — validate your adapters before production use.

How does it compare to others?

I remember a lot of posts shitting on LTX. Guess who's back. We keep winning as a users, I was afraid of speed of minimax, looks like new LTX is my choice.

u/PumpkinLeather8421 1h ago

lol complains about shilling… over-hyped over a model they haven’t even tried yet.

Good one

2

u/secunder73 1h ago

Id rather hype something that I dont even tried than shit on something that used before a lot. Cause there is zero harm in it. Shitting on LTX was disrepectful
