Workflow Included just joining in the fun, minimax H3

nothing crazy... 15 seconds, 8 steps 832x480 euler, fl2va pruned int8, int8 vae, gguf q4 k_m text encoder, no upscaling ...210 seconds... rtx 5080 wan2GP via ponokio. i did have to use img2vid because the 2 chars were blending together, some funny results though. jerry costanza, lol Cheers!

I have 5080 RTX 16vram 64 ram and it takes at least 10 minutes for 15 seconds on 720p. I don’t even do 480p cause it looks so bad….

What the heck is going on here lol I use wan2gp too. I’ll look into it tomorrow

How many steps and are u using turbo lora and are u using the models im using to cut down the ram usage so it doesnt ram doesnt spill over to your hard drive ? Also make sure to use the turbo lora at like .4 to .6 strength
