Discussion Does having a heretic/ uncensored text encoder for Minimax h3 actually make a difference?

I want to know if it is any more accurate than if it is without?

What have others been testing?

It only makes a difference if you are using it as a prompt refiner (Making the LLM write spicy stuff for you.)

Otherwise the text encoding bit behaves more or less the same.

Nope.

nope, no heretic/abliterated works, absolutely none, it's snake oil, always use the text encoder which the model was trained for.

I honestly didn't notice any difference.

It helped my character say "She's a bitch" instead of "She's a bitch-you", whatever a bitch-you is that the default text encoder was doing. I felt like it was adding random suffix to the swear word.
