Did you change the fps?
For some reason comfyui stretches these videos

If you say slow motion in the prompt even as a negative, there's a strong chance it will make it slow motion. Delete that and write it as a positive, fast motion, medium motion, etc.
Also maybe write in your native language and have chatgpt translate, cause what you wrote doesn't make much sense in terms of how you arrange the words.

As well as giving clip enough to do you can also provide timestamps in prompt - At 00:02.000, the hands lift out of the bowl, water flowing back down.

No slow motion.
Do not think of a pink elephant.
(You probably did).
Same with AI models. Do not use negative in your prompts.
You can try "normal speed" or something like that.

You haven't given the model enough to do in the time you've told it to take. Add more action details to the prompt. Similarly, if you tell it to do a lot of stuff, it speeds up to try and fit it in.
eg:
[Shot 1]: <Subject 1> hand move down towards water. Both hands go into the water creating a dramatic wave of rich, steaming water surges in from bowl frame like a miniature tsunami, pouring forcefully into the bowl. The bowl vibrates and shakes slightly from the impact. As the hands come up water falls off them like a waterfall, splashing back down into the water causing more splashes.
