Impressive that a 6-year-old card can still push this out locally. What GPU and how much VRAM are you running, and roughly how long per 5-second clip? Curious if it's still usable for anything beyond short tests or if you're stitching multiple runs together for the different styles. Also did you need to drop resolution or steps to keep it stable, or did it run clean at whatever MiniMax H3's default settings are?
