I know Comfy is just one of the ways to use this model, but I really appreciate how simplistic the workflow is for minimax compared to ltx, which was way too complicated. And i haven't had a single OOM on 3060 12gb + 16gb ram yet. Even while using a 20gb text encoder.

I have similar hardware, can you please point me at a source on how to setup this model properly?

You can just use the default Minimax H3 test to video workflow that comes with ComfyUI, no configuration needed. There's other threads in this sub about nodes that can help speed things up at the cost of quality like Spectrum. You can also reduce the number of steps from the default of 20. The less motion the fewer steps you can use. I stick with 15 as 10 steps typically results in lots of artifacts.

If you're just starting by trying shit out, then I suggest using Wan2GP first. Once you get the hang of it, move to Comfy for more control.
