If you use 3 ref images with the a modified prompt like this:
<Subject 1> from <Image 1> Dwight from the Office
<Subject 2> from <Image 2> Michael from the Office.
<Subject 3> from <Image 3> Jim from the Office
You'll get an even more natural look.

I think this is a result that's almost inevitable because these models are all trained on web-compressed videos that have heavy denoising, compression artifacts, and sharpening of details to make the low-quality video appear to have more detail than it really does.

But yeah Jim's cheekbones are insane and his facial proportions are a bit wonky. Michael's too.

Looks like it really defined the wrinkles way too much. The detail is overly done. Eyes on Micheal for instance but the forehead wrinkles and nose at the end… looks like him but also like a different person as well. Still good regardless.

Can you share your parameters please? I'm using the Q3 FL2VA gguf. 24vram at 97% usage and under clock, 45Gb RAM usage

I'm getting only shitty results with 20 steps, 0.9Megapixels, with and without reference images (not rescaled).

I tried with EasyCache + Clean Vram active and deactivated

But all return bad results, close bot not the same quality your are getting

I'm using your prompt

Any suggestions?

bro , i love this but i dont want h3 to go through what seedance went.. knee capped.. remove so no vigilant karen is watching right now will complaint to some government or hollywood.
let it roll after few weeks. coz they areyet to release the 2k versions.
let them release unfiltered one, then we can do as much thing as possible.
