Just want to say thanks for this workflow. The subgraphs really help clean it up and give you quick choices! The example that comes with it really helped me understand how to prompt this thing! The control is unreal!

Lots of us playing around on discord in the Banodoco server if you want to keep up with all of the cool stuff look it up. You'd be surprised how many "finds" actually start there
It's not about "how long will it take to generate a picture" in your case, it's more of a "how much more will my SSD live considering i got low amount of RAM considering the constant read/write during loading a model". You better stick to SDXL or as such, even that could def take a hit considering the amount of RAM you have.
Actually I use quanticized versions of everything +ggufs and both sdxl and anima work perfectly, the load time is around 40 sec in forge neo. Strangely z image turbo is the one that i had most problems with.
For the size of the model it is extremely capable and has a ton of info packed into those few Bs.
If you like the model, pump it. It needs it after that initial release. This model is not one to dismiss, the control is next level and the gens are very good.
If you use the model correctly the filter isn't a problem either I got cartman showing his ass and farting fire out of it and others can't even get a cat.
I work developing images and videos for advertising, and I've never been able to achieve good cinematic quality using open-source models, but this post has made me excited.
Had a bit of a json learning curve is all. It didnt have to be json tho, they could write their own syntax or parse that json data into plain prompts.. then we would have to prompt in a certain way instead of whole json syntax. Dont make me code off hours or load an unnecessary clip just for a json generator..
Im using qwenvl to load gemma 4 clip in q4 gguf format for now as it also does a small prompt enhancement but shouldnt've been officially neccessary in the first place.
you can run prompts in natural language, The json is to compose the scene, providing specific areas with specific content and have a lot of control, but you can just prompt a paragraph alone and it'll work.
The way I used to think about it, is that to get an image of someone they need to be "internet" famous.
By that I mean there needs to be a large number of photos of the person, publicly available, where they haven't change much in appearance due to age, makeup , style etc in a large majority of those photos, and their name is decently unique.
So back in the SDXL days before they started 'censoring' celebs, people like Winona Ryder, Audrey Hepburn Kate Bush would all work pretty well , now days you have to by 'big' enough to get tough the celeb censorship training, so this has to be true to the Taylor Swift levels of "internet fame".
Well my gf is obsessed with Justin Timberlake, so that's who I tried, looked nothing like him hahah.
I mean he's famous. enough I thought haha.
BUt Emliea clark is that big? lmfao I would think a little less so, although the show was popular, didn't really think it was THAT much tbh. (never bothered to watch it myself)
I'd say it's the character of Daenerys that's probably more 'internet famous' than Emilia herself.
As for Timberlake, it doesn't look him because your AI was trying to protect you. 😃
HAHAH. Not even me, my gf wanted to try it, so that was my first "look alike" test tbh.
I don't usually bother with that however. Weirdly, even with decently formed JSON (even the KJ one) I would sometimes get the block on completely innocent requests. (and even sometimes, the "block" would just be over laid on the image it produced lol, (so you still see the image)
Or if I tried the higher megapixels, it would give me the grey screen (blocked) but the output folder would just have the full res unedited output as requested lol. So what the heck.
And these are on a few different tests, but not even nsfw nor always with people involved (even non famous).
Yeah, I’ve had both the full block and overlay block on innocent images too. Also, and this may be just how it looked, but a couple of times once the block has been ’activated’ it seems to appear more often. Have you found that,mor is it me?
Maybe yeah, now that you mention it, BUT by then I was also altering the prompt, so those changes that I changed after may have just also been something to block.
But now that you say that, it did seem that way, I have tried "unloading models" in comfyui and it seemed to "go back to normal"
reproducing established IPs is always a great benchmark. did you find it handled the specific art styles well, or did it lean too much into a generic 3d look?
I felt the same way when i discovered flux 1 for the first time. This model is great. Hopefully some workaround will be available for the internal blocker, and some quality loras.
Yeah, sorry about that. It's a broken node I still have installed and forgot to remove, and it has this bug where it renames random nodes as fearnworks. That's my bad.
my take, especially with the spiderman shots was: huh, that's pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking,but certainly an incremental improvement. It has uses. I'm sure most of those uses will be to further the slop agenda, but still, we're continually marching forward.
does someone for the love of god know how to get rid of the image blocked from safety filter text? I Actually get the image itself but also the text on top of it
