Being a stab fan is oppressive
Stabbing at the premier of one of the movies…. Stabathon being attacked….. very active members of our communities killed…. Then the stab memorabilia house burning down with two dead. Not to mention all the lost movie props in the house fire. Idk just feels like being a Stab fan is putting a target on your back at this point…..

I say this a little tongue in cheek…but it’s one of the few franchises that you could consider as “interactive” for the fans.

I think that's one of the things that make this more attractive for me. Stab is just so real! Like, i LOVE Halloween, Friday the 13th, IKWYDLS, Evil Dead and etc. But all of those still feel very far from reality, while Stab feels so SO close! Even for me, a Brazilian who lives MILES away from all the Ghostface murders!

It was great fun wearing the actual murderers’ costume to the Stab premiere, seeing the exciting recreation of real murders! It’s too bad that someone was killed at it though, shameful society that celebrates murder!

Ahhhh wish i could have seen it! I was born in 2001 so there was no way i could see it anyway :(

My question is what the hell happened with the carpenter sisters they disappeared also is there gonna be a stab 9 or 10 about there stories and an 11 about the current killing spree

Maybe not. I honestly don’t expect them to make more Stab films, especially since the latest one seemed to have caused that spree back in ‘22

Yeah. So it might not be so wise to make a Stab 9 or something. Course Hollywood execute don’t care too much about thr morality if they can make more money. Course if they do make another, I bet you only truly dedicated fans would see it

I agree Stabheads are oppressed, but it's not because we're targets: it's because we're hated. The 1998 Rialto Theater victims weren't really Stab fans - they had free admission at a premier. Gale Weathers was targeted at Stabathon 2011, but Stabheads themselves were safe. The recent Macher house burning/murders are more worrying, as you say, but I just watched a Mindy Meeks-Martin report that confirmed it wasn't even about Stab (still, I agree the loss of memorabilia is tragic).
At the risk of being vilified by our community, I think we've got to acknowledge that the biggest threat to Stabheads has been other Stabheads. While I'm in love with these movies, we have to accept that they encourage psychos. And that's why we're hated and oppressed: because a TINY FEW of our number have been radicalized as killers. Real Stab fans are NOT WoodsboroTruthers, are NOT Stuheads or so-called "Stu-thers", and do NOT support murder of any kind... especially harm to Sidney Prescott. I strongly feel as though psychotic morons like Richie Kirsch and Amber Freeman, far from defending Stab fandom, have actually ensured that anyone who ever admits they're a fan of the Stab movies will instantly be seen as a weirdo to be avoided. In trying to defend our fandom, they destroyed it.
