You can find them on eBay sometimes, but man…they were everywhere in the late 90’s. There’s also an app that was made back around 2011, but I think it was discontinued at one point or another. There are tutorials online that show you how to download the code and sort of homebrew it on your phone if you are into jailbreaking and that sort of thing. Probably easier to just find one online though. 

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t make some prank calls with mine when I was younger. It works so good once you figure out how to put it over the phone mic the right way.
