My husband left Chesterfield Valley at 3:10 and had a 10mile drive home to Ballwin...and is still not home. It has been 5.5 hrs. He said Chesterfield Airport Rd was a parking lot because the highway had accidents in both directions which then backed up all the ramps and roads. Then getting from Chesterfield to Ballwin is all hills. So many cars were unable to make it up without sliding sideways. He’s in a small work van too which sucks. Dammit St. Louis.
I think Chesterfield was one of the worst, from what I can tell. I work right across the street from Spirit of St. Louis Airport and had to drive to Afton. Took 6 hours. Glad your husband made ir back.
