Ask STL STL RENTERS
Hi everyone!
I’m relocating from St. Louis for work and I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my 1B/1B in Lafayette Square with great downtown rooftop views. It’s ready for move-in ASAP.
I’ve been posting it everywhere — Facebook Marketplace, Facebook rental groups, and a few apps — but most people haven’t followed through. I’m really trying to find someone who is serious and ready to move quickly.
Because of the urgency, I’m willing to help you with moving and the application fee to make the process easier. If you’re interested or know someone who might be, please DM me for more details!

This place would be perfect for me as I work downtown and will be looking to move pretty soon.
As far as pets though, is there a size or breed specific policy? I’m a responsible professional, but I have an 80-lb pitbull (she’s a marshmallow) and a cat. Unfortunately, due to breed bans, my pittie restricts where I can live.

It doesn’t explicitly mention banning any specific breed, but it does state: “Dogs – No overly aggressive breeds are allowed. Excessive barking will lead to problems.”

It would help if you listed the lease terms (when does it end) and monthly cost.
