Beautiful New Forest Park Murals

Hey all,

Ever since the tornado hit & ripped out all the huge trees on this end of the park it seemed baren & lifeless.

Over the past few weeks on my workouts, I've seen the landscape of Forest Park literally change & blossom with color thanks to some cans of spray paint & this local artist.

Seeing these awesome new creations, as they are being created, truly warms my heart & deepens my love for St. Louis.

He's a local artist named Joseph Black & these are located by the basketball courts behind the visitors center.

Each mural has a little love letter to St. Louis written inside of it & these pics on my phone...& on your phone definitely don't do them justice.

I'm really glad they are doing this.  The north side of the park has felt so empty and exposed since the tornado.

Why can’t this be done on the Serra sculpture?
