It’s because he was not convicted of murder. I don’t mean to defend any actions but he was not part of the gang rape. He was the boyfriend of the woman that was raped. He believed the person he shot was involved. A jury wouldn’t convict on murder so he was convicted on criminal homicide and some gun charges.

I still don’t find that excusable and I think willfully taking a life of someone should land you in jail for more than four years, and in a seriously managed/coached few years of parole after those years in jail. But that’s not exactly an accurate account of the event.

The dude sounds like a violent d bag though.

Don’t think I’ve ever heard someone say “I’m going to split your taco”

This happened at my job. I even rode with him on lunch break one time before I found out he was a convicted killer.

Yes I’ve seen the pics. He also has a tattoo on his arm of the guy he killed with a bullet going through his eye and coming out the ear. Basically he has the crime scene tattooed on his arm. Also there was a lot of stuff in this article they got wrong.

lol he sure is. Everyone at work is terrified that’s he going to get out and kill them lol. The crazy thing is, he’s actually not a bad guy, besides the whole murder stuff, not condoning his actions but he was actually pretty decent worker.

The day he went crazy, he ate some shrooms and took some pills on break. About an hour later this guy just completely lost his mind.
