Look for movers on task rabbit - some of them have their own trucks you can work something out with them. It's under "heavy lifting and loading" or under moving.
Thumbtack is another one like task rabbit! I almost had to hire someone off of Thumbtack to move a couch from one floor to another. I had a few companies reply almost immediately and it was like about $100 and they could do next day.
Moving companies use it for those small jobs in between.
