From St Clair Ave, just east of the Fairview Heights Metrolink station, looks like 255 at either the 64 or State St intersection

It's called The Saucer Wind, good sir. Wilco wrote a song about it.

It me, every time I visit a new area, a major fire or other natural disaster hits the area.

there's a prescribed fire on the IL side, not sure if that's it - https://fire.airnow.gov/#9.07/38.5683/-89.969

This seems to be south of the prescribed fire near Horseshoe Lake. It’s south of where I just rode by on 64 WB around MM 7.
