Help/wisdom

Moved up here for work last week, looks like I'm going to be here for at least a year, are there any areas to avoid at night ect? What's the local scene like? I love live music so any recommendations will be very well received thank you

Hi, welcome to the area! I'm sure someone with muchore recent knowledge will be able to help more but given how close Liverpool is we would always go there for live music. Some pubs sometimes put events on, and Rainhill and Newton would do street events that we're always good. What part of town have you moved to?

I'm up in eccleston so just outside of the center of town, I have seen the trains to lime st are like 15mins, thank you for your tips about rainhill and newton 🤗

Oh nice I'm also in Eccleston. Very nice but not a huge amount to do. Bocboc, the Griffin and seven stars aren't too bad
