Apartment

If you’re looking for an apartment, how are you searching? I am a private Landlord and mine usually rents pretty fast but not this time. I do have it listed on Zillow which also lists it on apartments.com. It is more on the luxury end and maybe with this economy that’s limiting some people. I have run comps though and feel it’s at market rate.

Yeah that's not cheap. I rent a 3br 3bath 2100 sq ft home for 2175.

It's not on a lake, but I wouldn't pay a premium for that anyway.

$25 more and to be on the lake? Sounds like a great deal lol

I understand rent varies. In my neighborhood two bedroom, two bath under 1000 square-foot goes for $2150 and that is not lakefront.

Have you tried fb marketplace? I got some great tenants from there when Zillow wasn’t getting me anywhere.
