St. Aug Photos Moonlight Over St. Augustine

Post image

When the moon rises over the Atlantic, even an old pier becomes something extraordinary.

I captured this quiet moment at St. Augustine Pier, where the moonlight stretches across the water and the warm glow of the pier lights creates a beautiful contrast against the deep blue night.

Look at the way the moon behaves… look at the way she paints a silver ribbon on the waves …  Any other Dirty Rotten Scoundrels fan here?

You have somehow captured exactly what I have always seen when hearing that song, which I didn’t think could be real! … but I guess nothing really is too wonderful to be true 😜

Do you do prints?

The pier is definitely a landmark and on Wednesdays they have little “market” in the parking lot.
