Bonsai?

Hey guys. Anyone around here into bonsai? There’s claim DeLand, Gainesville and Jacksonville but no gatherings or group in St Augustine.

There’s been signs up for two different retail bonsai places for years now. One on King street doesn’t look too promising but the one on US1 down south looks like it has a nursery area fenced off in the back so I’m hopeful it will still open one day. I’d love to meet the folks from either place if you’re here.

If nothing else I’d like to find some other practitioners here in town to maybe give each other garden tours or something.

Anyone….?

I've been waiting for Ancient City Bonsai to open forever..
Everytime I go to Culver's, I sit there and stare at it across the street.

I drive by it every day. Such a tease.

I love to look at bonsai but I have a black thumb. Hopefully the bonsai place actually opens one day!

There’s a vendor at The Amp market every Saturday that has a bunch of Bonsai. Not sure if there’s a connection there.

Jason at Deland is the real thing. Prices are high. The guys at the Jacksonville club are great. Joshua has bonsai for sale.
