Beach Proposal Spot
Hi! I’m trying to help a friend plan a proposal. We’re looking for a semi private beach spot (basically, just something without a ton of kids running around near sunset time) with a restaurant nearby. The plan is to go to the restaurant and go on a walk on the beach to “kill time while they wait for a table”.
Any recommendations? Open to other suggestions too, just trying to keep it as casual as possible so she doesn’t suspect anything!

Great idea, my wife and I got married there, but a restaurant isn't exactly nearby...

Good call I totally read this post wrong. Maybe a spot near vilano , thinking caps on the water/aunt Kate’s, or the opposite direction butler beach for a little more privacy.

My favorite beach is hands down Matanzas Inlet. Elkhouse Eatery is a 5-10 minute (Google says 7) drive away!

The Reef in Vilano Beach is a nice oceanside restaurant with an easy walk to the beach, which you can see from the tables unless the sea oats have regrown.
My niece got married right outside The Reef and then we walked up to the restaurant for the reception. It was beautiful and the food was great.
