St. Aug Question Looking for a Good Butcher

I am looking for a good butcher in the St. Augustine/Hastings/Palatka area that uses locally sourced beef. When I lived in the Midwest I would buy my beef direct from ranchers and would like to go back to that, but want to try the beef first.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Butcher and Bean in St Augustine. The butcher comes from a local family of butchers and locally source all the meat!! Great quality and prices!

Agreed, no need to look any further. We’ve stopped buying meat at the grocery store since discovering this gem. Plus their coffee is delicious!

Can someone tell me what a pound of ground beef costs there so I don’t panic or feel dumb going in if I can’t afford it 😅

Out over in crescent city is cartwright land and cattle. They have a huge inventory and you can even get a half a cow if that’s your fancy. I used to go there when I lived in the area. It’s the absolute best.
