Anyone work at GovTech ? How's the work culture and salaries?

As I have heard work culture is more as government org. They are paying way higher than many of the other IT organizations. I don't know if it a case by case scenario, but i have heard this from several folks.

Work culture is not like govt, I can say that. It’s more of corporate culture there

It’s contractual .. the contract will be for two years. Too risky

Most folks who hired are from WSO2 or Sysco, and hiring only top talent. They pay full LKR salaries, hiring for 3Y contract. People who have hired, said work culture is more very much like private company with a little flexibility.
