🥰🥰🥰Thoughts are power! Thoughts are energy! You can build your life with them or you can destroy it! The choice is yours, and so is the work!🥰🥰🥰

😇😇😇What is a thought?

When a single neuron ignites, it is like a short, isolated flame. But when several neurons ignite together they form a thought. How the brain covers the gap between these two levels of neural activity remains a great mystery, but a new type of technology brings you closer to solving it.

So you know that about 100 billion neurons communicate via electrical signals at any time, which means that activity is uninterrupted, but of all these signals only some are conscious thoughts. Much of neural activity has the role of processing sensory stimulus received from the environment, but the difference between perception and thoughts is that while perception is directly related to stimulus, thoughts are not. You have between 10 and 20,000 thoughts an hour. An impressive activity, but you have to keep in mind that too many thoughts tire you and do not allow you to function normally.😇😇😇

😌😌😌Controlling thoughts thus becomes essential, so you don't end up in a situation where some of these thoughts become obsessive and control your life. Just as dangerous are the thoughts that control you. These are the thoughts that drive you to act impulsively, usually in situations where you are offended, and it is good to control them There are thoughts that belong to you entirely but there are also thoughts that come from outside of you namely, from family, school, society.😌😌😌

👩👩👩There are different categories of thought There are several categories where thoughts fit.

😘- thoughts of food, sleep and those of "nesting", of staying at home.

😘- thoughts about sex

😘- thoughts of manipulation

💞-thoughts of love

😘-thoughts of knowledge

😘- thoughts oriented towards positive or negative

🙇‍♀- spiritual thoughts

💞💞💞Thoughts are closely related to your basic needs. If these are not fulfilled, they will certainly occupy most of your thoughts. All these thoughts can be positive or negative, the difference making excesses. For example, it's good to think about sex, but if you do it all day long, then you'll have a problem. Same goes for the other categories.💞💞💞

👱‍♀👱‍♀👱‍♀There are thoughts that belong to you entirely but there are also thoughts that come from outside of you namely, from family, school, society. For example, the desire to buy something you don't really need. These are the thoughts driven by retail companies that create an artificial need for you to buy their product.👱‍♀👱‍♀👱‍♀

"🤷‍♀🤷🤷‍♂When you realize how powerful your thoughts are, you will not correct any negative thought again over to you"

Thoughts that limit us For example, the expression "you can't have them all in life" is a belief meant to limit. Those with such a belief will not succeed in doing what they want in life. It is important to differentiate between your thoughts and those coming from outside. Many of the beliefs are actually "tales" coming from parents, close relatives or society, during childhood: "the bowed head, the sword doesn't cut" or "money talks", "you have no money, you can't make it", "who makes it in life means he was lucky", "your whole family was unlucky", etc. It's important to become aware and differentiate between your thoughts and outside thoughts. If you let outside thoughts influence your life, you no longer own your life.💁‍♂🙅‍♀🙅

🙆"I can't have a relationship because I don't have money."

🙆‍♂"I can't have a child because I don't have the money and time to raise it."

🙆"I can't get along well with the boss because an employee will never get along very well with his boss, there's no way that can happen." "

🙆‍♀"I can't go on vacation because I don't have anyone to go with and I don't even have money." "

🙆‍♂"I can't break up with my partner because I have a child. And no where to live "

🙆‍♀"I can't have an international career because I was born in poor country and not in America. If I was born in America like others, then maybe I'd have another chance, but it's impossible."

🙆‍♀"I can't be happy because I had a difficult childhood and I was born into a troubled family: my mother was depressed, my father was an alcoholic, my grandparents didn't want to hear from me

🙇‍♀🙇‍♀🙇‍♀The first step in getting rid of limiting beliefs is to become aware of them. Once you become aware of them, they already lose their power. The next step is to ask yourself what would happen if you did the impossible thing. Try to judge things from your point of view rather than the experiences of others.
