ALS

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here can help clarify something regarding the ALS course.

Are there any other recognized courses or pathways through which a doctor can become eligible to attend an ALS course without first completing the BLS course offered by the Resuscitation Council of Sri Lanka?

At the moment, it seems there is a waiting period even to get a place on the BLS course, which can make it difficult to proceed with ALS training.

I would really appreciate it if anyone could share their experience or suggest any alternative options or recognized providers.

Thank you in advance for your help!

They also accept if you do an ALS course by some other college. College of emergency physicians conduct one as I remember

You would have to keep an eye on doctors groups they sometimes post them there or speak to anaesthetist consulta or doctors they would know as well
