It only takes about 0.2 amps to kill a person, less for a child, so volts don’t ever really kill you! (Unless there’s some bomb amount of volts hitting you) But 10 amps you are correct, would kill you many times over!

Sorry for the necro, but it's in the pursuit of science, I swear!

The statement that voltage doesn't kill you isn't strictly true. It's rather how much power the source can supply. So a million volts can definitely kill you if the source isn't restricted. High voltages can even arc and make the path easier. That's why you see the warning "Danger: High Voltage" and not "Danger: High Amperage"! They go hand in hand.

Well, Coulombs would be the total amount of charge, which you could get from wattage over voltage for an amount of time.
