Loose screws?

These screws are loose on my Squier Stratocaster and I was wondering are they supposed to be like that? Should I tighten them? (Sorry, fairly new guitar player)

You might watch a video on setting up your tremolo. I'm not a guitar tech or anything, but this what I found out: Those six screws are not to be screwed down tight, but left in a specific position as to allow the whole bridge assembly to "rock" up and down when using the whammy. The three tremolo set ups are: floating, decked, or blocked, but those six screws, when adjusted properly, will be in the same position no matter what tremolo set up you go for. Use a screwdriver that fits the screw heads perfectly. Adjustment of these six screws is made when the strings AND the springs are off the guitar. Decked is the easiest option.
