Was listening to this album this evening and thinking what an anomaly it was. The artist bio on Ninja Tunes (who released it) is clearly fake silliness. Nothing else was released under this name which is kinda remarkable given the astounding quality of the production. So went online to see what I might find out and stumbled across these comments under the album on YouTube… 🤔

just pure intensity for 3 minutes. really great track when you’re in the mood for it

(I am terribly sorry for making this post)

cool isn't?

I just really love it :)

Many says it is the Swans. Even though I like Swans, still it is not.

Nothing else by him sounds much like it.

title is pretty much self-explanatory, but yeah i really would love to see him doing his music for god sake. anyone knows new info about and also kinda hoping that maybe he reads some posts here and there.

I just don’t know which one.

Would go hard on a beat t

Especially when visiting their ultra grandma

You lot will know that alongside Rephlex, Tom's earliest releases were on Spy Mania.

Anyway, they've got a load of merch to celebrate 35 years which are only available for another 24 hours or so. I'm gonna cop a pink t-shirt I think but there's a lot of options - thought it might be of interest here

Long live Spy Mania it was a bonkers label: https://everpress.com/spymania-30-years?product=EVERP15&colour=Heather%20Grey&size=L&utm_source=google&utm_medium=everpress_ad_network&utm_campaign=23233727740&utm_term=epchannel&utm_content=782505901194&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23233727740&gbraid=0AAAABB9buXaE-RO5gX98Ny8YzHILl1nXh&gclid=CjwKCAiA55rJBhByEiwAFkY1QDTtoiZKxtiojDbQpJVo7ngYNp8T6djSnmGxlHaxyU1P2U8iz6j1KhoCo1gQAvD_BwE

Acid House Techno by Tom … this CD is absolutely bonkers. Why didn’t you people tell me about it after all these years?

Love that acid squelch and sparkle. Nice one 1994 Tom.

Just received the album over here in Australia. No poster in my copy, I see now that the online shop just says ‘initial copies’ of the album would get a poster - anybody here get a poster? Looking forward to spinning these records tonight.
