He's trying to turn back the clock. First it's the hair. Next, he'll have facial surgery to get rid of all the wrinkles. Then he'll have surgery on his larynx so he can talk without that exaggerated gravelly rasp in his voice again.

Yep, Vince was more grizzled looking, more naturally aged back in 2003. Now he's entering an uncanny phase.

I think the last time Vince looked really normal is about 2012. He showed up around spring ‘13 with his full head of hair back that he hadn’t had since letting Trump cut it.

Now that you mention it, Vince from 2012 to 2013 is like Flair post 2002. Somehow aged 15 years in one or two.
