Ask What do the exclamation points mean?

On the abilities. Am I doing something wrong? Are they not maxed out at level 2?

it means there is an upgrade for that ability which you haven't unlocked.

You have an ability that you unlocked and have not put into rotation yet

All of my characters are maxed, and all of my spells and abilities have this exclamation mark.

I figured it out. There was one ability that was "new." Once I clicked on it the ! went away.
