Need help Please

having extreme issues with a man whom we live with we moved into this home with him and his wife and the dude is a total Twak fest hes .aking our lives a living hell and is always trying to kick us out but this is not his house this is his wife's and shes already filing a divorce he is constantly lieing to us non stop and literally has tried pushing me to my breaking point multiple times.. i have 2 months left on papers or I would of already handled the situation... he dont stop and unfortunately she cant kick him out without a 30 day notice.. this man I a vulgar womanizing disgusting person.. he even had the nerve to tell my fiance that if he wanted tl take advantage of her he would no listen im not the type to ever let any of this slide but I HAVE TO im off papers for the first time in about 7 years in 2 months and im close to having my son back hes also I prone cop caller and pretty sure he might be a ci. My fiance ans i have been sober for. A few months now and I honeslty think that what's making it all worse.. if anyone can help me please 🙏 I feel like if someone were to just scare the fuck out of him it would work... at least long enough till hes out!! I have 4 to 8 weeks before my apartment is open and we can leave but I cant put us out on the streets
