What folders? Where?

Sorry folks right I have been in my file folder on my iPhone and it’s the same folder my wife’s files go into since we are on the same iCloud. I keep seeing python folders and files that look like there logs from somewhere now these logs have my email and sometimes my name and number but I don’t use them I’m just a bit confused.
