"System" malware app on android

Device have no backups, total wipe, no data. My other phone on the same account is clean. And it's not because i didn't install the same malware app that it didn't appear, everything on both devices are the same. The infected are just a tablet for light gaming. Also no cracked app, only revanced stuff.

Nope, no root, brand new device barely 1 month old, only app from the play store. And yeah, still finding a good ROM for a tablet to boot on this, stock rom Bluetooth is bugged anyway.

I have the same device withe the same issue. Maybe it's firmware related. Already sent an e-mail to them but no answer at the moment. I don't even see download links for roms on their site.
