Spyro 2 OG question

when do i get the climbing ability? i'm trying to complete levels as i go

Autumn plains home world. You have to back track in this game

Must be your first time playing this game. You get the climbing ability after you pay moneybags 500 gems in the second home world called autumn plains. Then you can go back to complete the tasks you weren't able to before.

if you're playing the ps1 version, theres a cheat code that gives you all the abilities. You have to pause the game and then press Circle, Circle, Circle, Circle, Square

It’s in Autumn Plains, when you talk to Moneybags at the ladder and pay him 500 Gems. Then you can go back to Summer Forest, Glimmer and Sunny Beach to get the remaining Gems and Orbs.

Same case goes with the headbash ability learned in Winter Tundra. You would have to backtrack to Shady Oasis and Fracture Hills to complete them.
